来年の日本、それからロシアとの関係

ロシアが経済的に苦しい、と言うのは事実でしょうし、あまりにプーチンが独裁的なので
国民も嫌気がさしてきている、という事情もあります。
資源値下がりで暮らしも豊かにならない。
それとは別に日本に関して、2島または４島、それもロシアの軍事施設や
民間人の居住地は別として返還される、というかなり確定的な噂もあります。
色々占ってみましたら、
ロシアが千島列島の開発に必要な金、一部はシベリアに使うかも知れませんが、
その金を日本が払い続ければ返ってくるか、で

そのような事を約束しないといけないでしょうし、
いわゆる技術移転が上手く進まないとロシアからクレームが来るでしょう。
