日本の次期戦闘機 F3 は造られるのか
最近になって、F3の自主開発は優先順位が下がって、それより防衛の為のミサイル配備が先ではないか、という話になってきているようです。
しかしそうは言っても、F15もF2もそろそろ耐用年数に限界が来ます。
特に最近は、中国が領空侵犯を仕掛けてくるのでスクランブルの回数が増えているそうだ。
では、やはりF3の開発に乗り出すのだろうか。

「机に肘を付いてほっとする」
風水渙の 散ってまた集まる という意味から、同盟国などに広く相談を持ち掛けていることが分かります。これはニュースにある通りです。
また防衛省という大きな組織の中に 水＝悩み があることもうかがえます。
ここでは肘をついて、という意味を取って、これは遠隔操作機ではないかと思います。
無人機です。
これから開発に20年近く、運用期間が２０〰３０年と考えると、
40年後も現役でなければなりません。
もはやパイロットを育成して操縦する時代ではないかも知れません。
アメリカでは新型機を造る際に、決まって「未亡人製造機」という悪名が立ちます。
それぐらい飛行試験は難しくなってきています。
機体が不安定であれば、それだけアクロバティックな動きが出来るとも言われますが、日本でそのような神風特攻実験をするまでもないでしょうし、国民の合意が得られるとも思えません。アメリカなら良いのかとかそういう問題ではなく、安楽死すら認められていないこの国です。患者が安楽死を望んで、もし実際に延命装置を外せば殺人罪で逮捕される国です。試験飛行で人命に関わる被害がでれば、即刻中止でしょう。
国防の為という大義名分が通用しないと言いますか、前の大戦で皆うんざりしています。
ただ、どこの国も遠隔操作の無人戦闘機を持っていません。
爆撃機はあるでしょうが。
Gや揚力などを体感できない上に、あまりに高速過ぎる為かも知れません。
これも遠隔操作は人工知能の助けを借りないとならないのかも知れません。
超高速の判断力は必要でしょう。
それなら安心して見ていられるかも知れません。
おまけに誰にもできないサーカスのような飛行に、敵も逃げ出すでしょう。

ご存じのように、液体冷却スーパーコンピュータを開発し、これから、と言うときであった。数千万円の補助金を受け取ったことを「詐欺」の罪にした。
これはコンピュータの構造、CPU、そして人も含めてその全てを軍事機密にする目的かも知れない。社長を説得しても、開発者である社長はこれを世界に向けて詳しく発表して大きな商売、もしくはノーベル賞のような権威が欲しかったのかも知れない。だから国の中に取り込まれるのは断ったのだろう。
戦闘機に積める大きさで超高性能、勿論クラウドを使うより圧倒的に速い。
防衛省はRFIを出して降参した振りをしているが、これらの事情は欧米には伝えてあるだろう。ただ、首を長くして待っている国民、マスコミに説明できないので白旗を挙げて時間稼ぎをしている。
エンジンはIHIが開発済みだ。双発に拘るのは、コンピュータの電力の問題もあるだろうし、レーザー兵器やレールガンも視野に入れているのかもしれない。
やはり共同開発だろう。そして目途は十分に立っているはず。
その全貌は、ある時突然ベールを脱ぐような気がする。

The other day, president of PEZY Computing in Japan was arrested for fraud.
As you know, it was time to develop a liquid cooling supercomputer, announcing it extensively from now. It was a crime of "fraud" that receiving subsidies of tens of millions of yen.
This might be the purpose of Japan making military secrets all of it, including computer structure, CPU, and people. No matter how persuaded the president, the president who is the developer may have announced this in detail to the world and may have wanted big business, authority like the Nobel prize. So it would be refused to be incorporated into the country.
Ultra high performance in size to be loaded on a fighter plane, of course it is overwhelmingly faster than using a cloud computer.
