電気自動車の時代になると、今ある自動車会社の存在価値は？

もし電気自動車ではなく、どうしてもガソリン車に乗りたいと思っても、規制などで乗れなくなる時代が来るかも知れません。
アメリカなど、そのうちハイブリッドでもダメと言われそうな気配もあります。
