フィンランドが世界初のベーシックインカムを実施するらしい。

成功するだろうか？

時間は掛かるでしょうけど（数年程度）、悪くはないようです。

フィンランドの2年間ではちょっと短いような気がしますが。

何度も繰り返すように思います。

今回のフィンランドの実験は、失業者を対象にしていますが、すべての国民を対象にしたらどうなるのでしょうか。

まず既に自営業を営んでいる人には安定をもたらす。
家庭が安定するし、特に女性、家庭の主婦に希望が生まれる。

アップルのジョブズやHPのヒューレット＋パッカードもガレージで始めたらしいですけど、アメリカのように国土の広い国でなくても家賃を払って自営できそう。
また、起業を後押しする建物、起業家を応援する施設はわずかにありますが、このような収入があれば自由度は遥かに広がるでしょう。

2件占ってみましたが、割合すぐに良い結果になりそう。

ヨーロッパで今、この議論が盛んらしいですけど、難民との不公平感も影響しているのでしょうか。

先進国を中心に高齢化が進み、老後の不安が増している今こそこのような制度が必要だという意見がありますが、それは当たっているようです。
