東芝は白物家電部門を中国の美的集団に売却して、戦後長く親しまれた家電が消えた。

昔から日立は武士集団で東芝はお役人体質と言われていた。

松下のことは大阪の人間としては大好きだし、シャープもサンヨーも好きだった。

サンヨーもシャープもとても良い家電を作っていたのに、店頭では値引きセールに使われるのが痛々しかった。

シャープはともかく、サンヨーは創業家第一で会社全体としても「縁故主義」と言われた。

松下は、これは噂に過ぎないが、実は松下幸之助には沢山の子供がいて、皆アメリカとか外国の子会社で働かせていた。

勿論、常に「爺」が付いていて、その中から抜きんでた者を現地法人社長に、そして日本の社長に据えた。

彼らはだから大胆な改革ができた。ただのサラリーマン社長ではない。

名前をパナソニックに変えてしまったころから大ナタを振るい続けて復活した。

ああ、そうそう東芝だ。

やはり昨年度はごまかしの決算で、実質倒産だったのでしょう。

今年、東芝メモリが売れなければ、倒産です。

東芝がアメリカに騙されたという話もあるが、S&Wまで買収したことは言い訳できないだろう。自ら泥沼に突っ込んだ。

アメリカは倒産後の再建費用を被ることになる。

やっぱり日常リムジンに乗ってると、見えないんだなあ世間が。

今回の事態は、経産省東芝政策局の失態でもあるのかな？

もう東証2部降格以前から株主は見限っていたでしょう。

なら、一度倒産して出直すのは、

一度倒産して「（北朝鮮風に言うと）無慈悲に」再建すべし、ですね。

そうすれば、バラバラにならずに済む、とあります。
