北朝鮮の長距離ミサイルなどの脅威は無くなるが、火力は残っており、
拉致被害者を救出するのはかなり難しいことだろう。
ロシアは北朝鮮から貸したカネの替わりに租借した港を手放し、良いところなし。
中国は北朝鮮内の鉱山などに未練があるが、国内問題に追われる。
漁夫の利を得るのは韓国だろう。
